In 2017, I embarked on a personal journey to tackle self-designed extreme walking challenges, pushing myself physically and mentally to raise awareness and funds for causes important to me, particularly mental health.
I've pushed my limits with grueling 365 day step challenges, through to multi-day non stop walks spanning hundreds of kilometers . Every step brings me closer to my goal of improving mental health.
A Community Emerged
A remarkable community has formed around these challenges. Family, friends, and strangers have come together, sharing stories and supporting each other. This unexpected connection has been the most profound impact of my journey.

Inspired by this experience, I founded Step Into Action. Our mission is to raise funds and promote mental wellness through walking, community and connection. By joining us, you're not just walking; you're becoming part of a movement that prioritises mental health.
